What Are Kids’ Jiu Jitsu Class Like?s

The structure of the class will focus on respect and self-defense as well as include energetic gymnastics and wrestling. We practice anti bullying and anti abduction on rotation as part of the curriculum as well. Kids receive their first class free. Be sure to sign your child up today by calling us.
